Even if you do not keep anything you purchase from us we want your experience to be as painless as possible.
PICK BOXES: Want to shop at home? Get a Box! We are famous for our pick boxes. We have been doing it for years.
How it works: Make a date to speak with Vicki or Jaja and we will put together a box of goods just for you. We take your credit card number and charge $5 (so we know it works) and then we send you a box full of cool things to try on at home. Keep what you like and send the rest back. You will be charged only for what you keep. You have two weeks from when the goods leave us to get them back to us. If we do not hear from you, we will charge the total amount to your card. Of course, you can still return the goods if necessary, but we have to protect ourselves a little don’t you think? Our customers from far away love this service. Maybe you will too!
RETURNS: You can return anything you purchase in 30 days and get your money back. If you miss the 30 day mark, you can have a credit to use at another time. We can only credit the credit card used for the purchase, but if you want to return a gift and not tell, just ask for a gift card that you can use at another time. SHIPPING: We ship the cheapest way. Mostly that will be either via UPS or the Post Office. We are happy to ship internationally but you have to email us for that to happen. Did something arrive damaged? Call or email us.
If you ordered Laura Zindel ceramics, please understand that the product will ship directly from the maker, Laura Zindel Design, via FEDEX ground - no PO Boxes or APO's. You will receive an email in 2-3 days from placing your order as to the arrival date of your piece. All Laura Zindel ceramic products are made to order in their Vermont studio. Their work is always made to order by hand. We appreciate your patience and understanding of this process and the time that it takes to make your order. Just for you.
