MEXICAN TRAIN!

Monday, August 22, 2016 9:46 PM

MEXICAN TRAIN!

In our house we love to play games. In recent years an old friend introduced me to Mexican Train, a wonderful family game played with dominoes that go all the way up to double 12. Played over multiple rounds, the goal is to end with the lowest score. Each player tries to be the first to play all of their dominoes on their own train, or the ‘Mexican Train’ which is accessible to all players or on other players trains when their trains are ‘open.’ Doubles can cause havoc and disrupt the best planned strategies.

It is fun, easy to learn and great to play with mixed age groups. Kids age 5 to 95 will enjoy this fast paced and unpredictable classic.
